Initial Engagement
Following a remote pre-assessment, training is provided to an initial cohort of up to ten staff.
Train the trainers
Approximately a month later, staff identified by the organization are trained in the process and technology of digital storytelling. Their first cohort is co-trained with staff from Compass Narratives.
Quarterly reviews
Measures of success – staff morale, physician burnout, quality measures – are gathered and reviewed. Trainer expertise is reviewed and fine-tuned. Plans for subsequent quarters are updated.
